A retail electricity supplier (or REP) is a company licensed by the Texas Public Utility Commission for the sale of electrical services. If you are a CPL Retail Energy customer, CPL Retail Energy is your REP. You also have full control over who provides your support and services. The person you have chosen to help you will arrange a meeting with the service providers you wish to work with.

This could be a different provider for each part of your plan if you wish. Cpl does not warrant that the Service is uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the Service will be corrected. You also understand that Cpl cannot guarantee or warrant that files made available for download via the Website or by e-mail via the Website are free of infections or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or any other code with contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to meet your particular requirements for accuracy of data entry and output and for maintaining an outside of the site for the reconstruction of lost data….
